What are the measurements? Hatchling hoggies don't need very much space at all, but even if it's too big now, it might be of use when your hoggy gets a bit bigger.

My hoggies are in little tupperware tubs that have a floor space about the same, but only have a height of about 8 inches. They're quite happy in there, maybe make sure it's got lots of little hidey holes/climby things and I'd say it should be ok.
I personally wouldn't put one in with that much height yet, but that's me.
I kept my first hatchling hog in an exo terra 30x30x30 cm, and she wad just fine, hogs feel a bit exposed if they are in too big a viv and may go off feeding but as long as you include a secure hide it will be ok!
