Posted - 26/04/2010 : 13:31:24 Hello... I know it's difficult to give ideal weights for hoggies, but I was just wondering if I was going the right way with mine. He is 21 months old, about 1ft long, and weighs 80g. Being a male, he is quite slim but he does eat most times when I offer food, except for when he has his winter sulk. Does he sound like he's a healthy weight, and if not, are there any supplements I could be giving him to improve his condition? Cheers. |

Posted - 28/04/2010 : 15:29:18 Yeah, he does seem to eat OK. I don't have any other hogs, so I do sometimes worry that he's abnormal or something, but I'm hoping to acquire another one soon so at least I'll have something to compare him with! |

Just as long as he's healthy and eating I wouldn't worry too much about his growth. |
