I kept my first hatchling hog in an exo terra 30x30x30 cm, and she wad just fine, hogs feel a bit exposed if they are in too big a viv and may go off feeding but as long as you include a secure hide it will be ok!

My hoggies are in little tupperware tubs that have a floor space about the same, but only have a height of about 8 inches.
They're quite happy in there, maybe make sure it's got lots of little hidey holes/climby things and I'd say it should be ok.

I personally wouldn't put one in with that much height yet, but that's me.

That's what I have my little female in, and she's settled nicely and started eating.

What are the measurements? Hatchling hoggies don't need very much space at all, but even if it's too big now, it might be of use when your hoggy gets a bit bigger.
