Hello everyone, I'm Ryan.

I've joined just to learn more about hognose snakes, I am considering adding one to my collection, but want to know everything about it before hand. I have a 2 year old corn, and an 8-9 month crested gecko, so I'm not new to reptiles.

Hopefully I will be able to learn enough about these animals here to make an informed decision as to whether or not I can provide one with a very high standard of living.

Thanks,

R.

There's nothing too specialised about hoggies (Western ones, anyway) - just the basics of snake care. The males can be difficult feeders sometimes, but other than that you should find them pretty easy to look after.
