I've just did a full clean out of my hoggies little home, she's now exploring her nice clean home.
She's in the small section of a large flat faunarium and I had 2 of the sides covered so as not to stress her out with lots of space.
I've uncovered these sides so she can now see out a lot more, do you think she'll be fine with this and not stress out? She's got plenty aspen to borrow into, she's got a long kitchen roll tube and 3 loo roll tubes filled with aspen and they're covered with a good layer of aspen, so she should feel nice and secure and snug.
Am just wondering if she'll be ok with this, she's also put on 2g since I last weighed her which is good.

am sure that will be fine, as long as they have 1sq ft per ft of snake as a general rule and they are eating, pooing shedding fine - those are your best indicators of stress esp in snakes like hoggies and royals. Plenty of hides and something to burrow in for hoggies and corns ( i use shredded paper/ shreaded kitchen roll but it's personal preference and depends on how the snake copes with it, they'll soon let you know if they aren't happy that's for sure! |

She's got plenty aspen to burrow into - i long kitchen roll tube and 3 loo roll tubes filled with aspen and covered with a layer of aspen, her eating is getting better and she's taking weekly feeds of either 1 or 2 pinkies, she's not interested in more frequent feeds, she poops fine & she's only shed once with me, a few days after I got her back in July/August. |

Mine spend most of their time against the side of their fauns either climbing on greenery, investigating the fins in the lid and even sleeping so I don't think being able to see out stresses them too much. |
