| glad u got him eating :o) did u try puttin him in a smaller tub to feed? had to do that for first couple of feeds with my wee Salem, i had a royal python go off food for 8months thru the breeding season before he took a meal again and i think thats him back on a breeding fast now :o( |

We're pleased too. He went into a tub about the same size and it didn't put him off yesterday, he didn't even mind us watching. It was really cute, we slowly put it in his tub, moved away and he just launched himself at it. Took him a good ten minutes but he was got it all down  .
Mort ate as well (our ill king .... he took a small mouse and kept it down. We stopped offering for a week and a half and left him a lone, just put some vitamin care stuff in his water ... and he seems to be ok, he's kept it down so far :D so we'll keep him on a couple of little mice a week now and build him back up).

VERY relieved! Just hope he keeps it up now - and the king.
All the pets - bar greedy little hoggie Mia have had a little bit of an odd feeding thing going on the past couple of weeks.
My beardy went off her food, Red our corn refused a feed ... Freddie just wouldn't eat, and Mort was throwing it up.
Maybe it was the weather? lol. There were no power cuts that I know fo so all their heat was ok. |
