fed tocalosh at 5pm on sun an he took it straight away (i figured he was hungery cus hes been travling for a few days) on mon morning he was reely active but hissed wen i went near his tank to change the water! i look in this morning and there was a fully regurated fat fluff laying there!! any ideas y he was sick?? the man i got him off sid he is big enouf for a rat fluf and even gave me sum!! any ideas wold b great...should i take him 2 a vet??

I would until he settles down again. Probably was just stress, but if it happens again regularly then it might be a good idea to find a vet

It's always best to let a new addition settle in for 5 to 7 days before you even offer it food. As a rule, hognose snakes are pretty easy going, but the odd individual can be stressed and sometimes the only sign could be regurgitation. My suggestion to you would be to leave him alone for a week and feed him a smaller then normal meal after that one week period. I would further suggest no handling until it has digested two meals properly. This should take care of the problem.

i got him on the 2nd of jan and he fed on the 3rd.... coudld this just b stress??? the rat fluff was about 20 g

just weighed him hes 55g! hes a year old and about 18 inches long
