Posted - 28/01/2009 : 17:20:27 If i cup my hands while I'm holding Dug, he pokes his snout into the furrows and tries to dig in. The motion is very strong and the rostral scale is sharp and hard. It really tickles. If I was made of cardboard I would make scratching noises too. |

Posted - 27/01/2009 : 20:31:48 Horace 'digs' under his kitchen roll all the time, and when he does this in the corner, he actually makes a clicking sound, which must be him getting his nose under one part of the edging of the viv and 'flicking' it... lol.... He also 'digs' under his hides etc... so yes, I would say its a natural behaviour. |
