Hi my hoggie is acouple of mouths old and we feed her every 4 days. the problem is that when i try to pick her up see trys to bite me plz reply and help.

I'd be surprised if she was actually trying to bite you - what she's probably doing is striking at you with her mouth closed. Hoggies do have a tendency to behave in this way when they're very young, and the way around it is to handle her regularly so that she gets used to it. You''find that if you pick her up while she's hissing and striking, she will stop doing it as soon as she's on your hand, and the behaviour will occur less and less frequently in time.
You also need to make sure you're not feeding her in her vivarium, otherwise she will associate your hand coming into the viv with being fed, and she might start striking at you even when there's no food involved!
