Hi, I would like to install a ceramic heater in my hognose viv. I have looked at the sticky in the DIY forum, which left me with one question: can I use a dimmerstat with a ceramic heater or was the writer saying that it had to be a pulse prop thermostat fo a ceramic bulb?

All help greatfully received.

All the best from Bill.

Thanks, that makes me feel better. I had heard that you had to use a pulse prop, but I had second thoughts when I started to look at the articles on this forum. Thanks for the help.

All the best from Bill.
